Changelog
The changelog page is a place where we aggregate all of the changes for the given release. All releases reside on the same page in the reverse chronological order (newer at the top).
The core structure is based on Keep a Changelog.
The structure
[#2021-3]
= `2021.3`
// A quick introduction to the release and what interesting new things it brings.
// `2021.3` introduced workflows, reworked the auth flow, and some other nifty features.
// Try to be as short as possible, provide some references.

// An unordered bullet list of important additions to the standard upgrade procedure.
// If the order of these items needs to be respected, you may use an ordered list.
// If the note describes a long process, shorten it down and provide a reference to the long version.
//
// This may also include any known bugs that you will encounter when upgrading to this version, such as bundle version mixup.

Content guidelines
Scope of an entry
We have many repositories with more coming. An entry should outline the change regardless of what part of the system it was on.
For example, when we add a new workflow step (sub-workflow), we can say:
.[#2021_3_1-added]#<<2021_3_1-added,Added:>>#
* Added a sub-workflow workflow step.
In cases where we want to indicate what repository it is on, incorporate it in the text.
.[#2021_3_1-added]#<<2021_3_1-added,Added:>>#
* Changed the default sidebar navigation on the {PRODUCT_NAME} {APP_NAME_ADMIN}.
Descriptive entries
Each changelog entry should be descriptive enough for us to understand what happened.
.[#2021_3_1-fixed]#<<2021_3_1-fixed,Fixed:>>#
* General record list UX fixes
.[#2021_3_1-fixed]#<<2021_3_1-fixed,Fixed:>>#
* Fixed record lists not refreshing on filter change.
* Fixed record lists not respecting pre-filter.
References
Where possible and relevant, provide references to the documentation, commits, and pull requests. References to the documentation should be incorporated in the text.
.[#2021_3_1-fixed]#<<2021_3_1-fixed,Fixed:>>#
* Fixed server crash when an authentication message is sent (https://github.com/cortezaproject/corteza-server/commit/ffb297f8b1b21a87b51e293bad058cef1646613a[`ffb297f`])
* Fixed workflow execution for deferred triggers (https://github.com/cortezaproject/corteza-server/pull/218/files[`!218`])
Changelog entry lists
These are the templates for the lists and when we should use them, alongside some conventions.
